CONTRACT & CLAIMS REVIEW, ANALYSIS & RISK MANAGEMENT
- Existing contract review & analysis
- Identification of risk and risk opportunities resulting from ambiguities, omissions, and conflicts in the contents of documents relative to the contract (bid, proposal, proposal package, contract and amendments)
- Preparation of risk mitigation plan(s) with the project and management teams
- Risk management plan monitoring, control and management
- Applied understanding of Tier Client, EPC(M), Construction, Government contracts; including clause flow-down and requirements
- Claims
- Review of Client contract(s) and related documentation to determine the status of Client’s contract management process and the suitability of current notices/submissions made with regard to adherence to Client’s contractual workflow due process obligations.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT
- Contract management and administration services engaged as individual or complete contracts team mandates
- Contract technical and contractual feasibility advice, guidance, training and mentoring
- Contract administration (prime and sub-contract) field procedure(s) and documents development and management
- Technical and Commercial bid evaluation, clarification and negotiation
